Treatment of personal data according to the Italian decree 196/2003
According to the art. 13 of the Italian Decree n. 196/2003, Agrofood will proceed to the treatment of the supplied data, in respect of the Italian norms in matter of personal data protection.
The supply of data is optional but the eventual refusal to supply them, it will determine the impossibility to execute the demanded services.
The personal data are collected with electronic modalities and they could be treated directly by Agrofood and/or by thirds parties, such as mail and data entry companies, and they will utilized for :
- purposes connected to the use of the services offers through this site.
- statistics, marketing researches, delivery of newsletters and advertising, by e-mail, also.
The collected data will not communicated (other than to the above mentioned companies) or sold to thirds parties.
Inside Agrofood Italy the data could be known to the subjects specifically charged, only.
The Users could exercise anytime, also through e-mail addressed at privacy@agrofood.net the rights previewed at the art. 7 of the above mentioned Decree, in order to obtain the access, modification, up-dating and the cancellation of the data,
